Tyler

Some interesting/funny things have happened with Tyler lately that I don't want to forget!

I noticed he was missing a tooth the other day and asked him about it.  He nonchalantly shrugs and says "I lost it on the camping trip." 
Me, "What do you mean you lost it on the camping trip?"
Tyler just shrugs...???  What is up with this?
On the way to church Sunday morning, Tyler pipes up with "Did you know my school is famous?  Right Tanner?"
Tanner, "No".
Tyler, "Yes, it is...It says Liberty on every single coin!"
I will say Tyler's mind is always working, your not really sure what he will come up with next.  He is very inquisitive!
Today, Tyler's tooth came out on the way home from Nashville.  It was just hanging by a thread and he very calmly says "my tooth just came out."  This is from the child who cried when his first tooth came out!

Cookout at Susans

My mother in law was complaining that we haven't seen them lately and said she wanted us to get together.  We decided on Sunday since we didn't have plans, but she wanted to do it at Susan's house since they had a pool the kids could play in and cool off.  The kids enjoyed playing in the pool and throwing toys around.  Food and company was good and it was nice family time!

Tangled in the Park

Clarksville, has some good family free activities to participate in during good weather.  Tonight, we decided to enjoy the movie in the park!  Our friends the Nelsons, decided to come along a join us.  We brought snacks and blankets, enjoyed some running time before the movie actually started and had a good time.  When the movie started I was a little disappointed because it was kind of hard to hear as the sun set, it got colder and many people left.  We stuck it out and watched as Tangled figured things out and found her true love!

Summer Week 1

We are off and running! This first week of summer started off with Memorial day weekend, which we finished our camping trip Monday and had a yummy lunch at Lamberts. Wednesday, I went back to Holiday World with my school teacher friends and had a great time. The movie theater, summer program started this week with Rio. We decided to go to this on Thursday which was a lot of fun, what a great movie! Boys had a ball game Thursday night. Friday, the weather was looking nice and comfortable.  Liberty park just recently re-opened so I decided to take the kids out there to the playground and a picnic lunch.  They had a bunch of fun, running around and playing.  I actually ran into a couple people I knew who I hadn't seen lately and was able to catch up with them.  What a great way to end out the week and get ready for the busy weekend!
