Taking Legal Action

Almost two years ago, Tapanga turned 1 and for her first birthday I had photos taken by a local photographer. But to this day, I have not gotten copies of these pictures. Dealing with this women has been one headache after another, so I am thinking of taking legal action at small claims court. In question are pictures like these, that I took off the photographers web-site. Look how cute my little girl is, no wonder I am willing to put up a fight for her pictures!
